Same situation as you. I brought my parents (mid 60s) to the Ogawa shop. Let them try the different models there. Not surprising that the one they like is the high end model (Ogawa Master Drive Plus). Since there is discount, and can pay installments, I decided to just buy it for them. The delivery is this week.

With human massage, at least the masseur can adjust the massage according to which part is painful.
Also let mom enjoy a bit lor, you find muscular masseur to massage her.
