alu case does not help in heat dissipation as the case does not come into direct contact with the heat producing component unlike heatsinks...the only thing that the case has as a heat conductor from those components would be air... and air can be said to be one of the worst heat conductor.

it is the design of the case that helps with heat dissipation...not the material.
