I'm using Hotlink Red atm, if i upgrade plan to the new unlimited one via hotlink app by paying RM5 fee. What will happen to my credit balance? Will it be carried forward to the new plan(Hotlink unlimited)?

I just walking to dealer port my number to holink currently I guess in progress to port over waiting for sms rm 10 for sim card , this flyer I can take photo can not bring back😔

After deducting the RM5 fee, your remaining balance in your Hotlink RED definitely will carry forward to the new Hotlink Unlimited data plan. Just MNP port in cannot carry forward the balance to the new telco. |
