Cannot topup RM35 denominations. See screenshot below:

Based on screenshot above, topup RM30 will get 30 days validity and within 5 minutes after topup, we will get RM5 credit. So, total credit in account is:
= RM30 + RM5
= RM35.

Hence, with that RM35, we can subscribe to HUP35 on the same day.

HOWEVER, me have faced an issue of late RM5 cashback recently. So, if we are in luck, after RM30 topup, we should get RM5 caskback within 5 minutes duration. Else, have to topup another RM10 just to enabling HUP35 subscription.

Another gaming situation is, the Hotlink apps only allow RM10, RM20, RM30, RM60 and RM100 denominations. Don't have RM5 or RM3 or RM1... So, the viable combo of RM30 plus RM10 topup (but still 30 days validity) is the optimum to subscribe to HUP35 with RM5 balance for other usages (eg. SMS, purchase apps, rewards & vouchers, or the best is RM5 for 30 days "unlimited" hotspots).

Conclusion: Monthly commitment = RM40

Me believe we can buy the 7 days "passes" should the 50GB FUP exhausted.

"Add-Ons" is also an option.

Errr... me think they meant that the speed is "like" 3G becoz the maximum download speed is 6 Mbps for HUP45... perhaps they also wanna make sure u stick to current plan to maximize monthly profit.... finally, the Maxis representative is part-timer who just joined the team 24 hours ago...

We have to look at the "BALANCE" active date in the "Home" tab. If the "upcoming" date is less more/longer than the reload amount, no validity extension will be granted.

Eg:
The BALANCE active date is 1 Feb 2021, if reload today for RM10, it will extend for 2 days only (because 24th Jan till 1st Feb is 8 days period). The new active date is 3rd February.
