Guys, anyone use the 365 package? then switch to unlimited internet package?

Example i reg prepaid 365 plan and top up 100..
I buy validity 365 dec 2021- 2022and pay 30... i got balance 70.

Then i switch to prepaid unlimited..
What happen to my validity? will it remain 2022 dec? What happen to the balance of 70 as well?

Want to know this as well.
And someone posted after switching 365, internet top up will be more expensive and some internet plan not available for 365.

Balance should be transferred after deducting RM5 for change of rate plan and validity resets to 30 days.

The SIM/account validity is reset to 1 day (hypothetically...)

Is it just me, or Hotlink line is getting worse?

Maxis didn't do proper studies on network congestions once the 3G spectrum is abolished. So now, most of their cell towers are congested.

Fortunately, some cell towers are still performing "average-ly":



It is a good idea to subscribe to other telcos for SIM 2 slot acting as temporary backup if Hotlink (in SIM 1) is going bad. However, avoid Axiata as backup line becoz Axiata's JENDELA execution is the worst among all telcos.

The problem now is, the 4G coverage has some blind spots of weak signal, of which Maxis will switch the iPhone to its Edge network and it takes a long time to switch back to 4G network.

With this, volte calls will drop as it is dependent on data, which Edge network lacks.

I thought maxis is supposed to re-farm the 3G spectrum to 4G ?

In my area, Maxis still has good STATIC network speed but it is unbearable when I am driving and on a call, as the problematic 4G/Edge switch will interrupt and cut off the call.

Maxis should mitigate this by configure their network to totally lock to 4G network. Unfortunately iPhone users cannot lock their phones to use 4G only... the only solution is for network provider to do it.
