Normally, I will just top up using TnG or Boost to get RM10 rebate RM3 every 10 days as RM10 top up will make your account stay active for about 10 days. In the end of the month, you will have RM30 + 9 = RM39 on your account. About 30% rebate monthly. The hassle will be you need to keep track every 10 days.

I asked this awhile ago - you need to buy the RM5 hotspot pass for it to work. Else it just connects but no internet connection.

Paying extra for 18Mbps (for RM60), but with the same limit of 50GB (then throttle to 512kbps)? I think some of other offers available in the market (such as Digi Next Prepaid, with no speed caps) are very similar to this. I don't think it is worth the price/really worth it, especially if you live in a congested area.

Agree with you on this. Not worth it, at least most of the time except for some rare corner cases.

Btw, does Digi Next Prepaid offer any hotspot?

Conclusion : If we care about hotspotable with bigger quota, obviously, HUP35 is better...just need to be careful with SIM validity during topup/reload as it does not have "Always Active" features...Other winning points for HUP35 is, the 512kbps speed after 50GB is depleted is very "encouraging"....

Always Active = We can top-up/reload RM30 for 30 days SIM validity. On the 30th day, we subscribe to DUP35, the SIM validity is extended to another 30 days together with the plan. In other words, if we top-up/reload RM30, it is effectively getting 30 days + 30 days SIM validity....

The trick is:
RM30 reload = 30 days SIM validity = subscribe to 1GB MCO quota daily... on the 30th day, subscribe to DUP35 and the SIM validity is extended to another 30days...on the 60th day, reload RM30 and repeat....

Day 1 to Day 30 = 1GB MCO quota
Day 30 to Day 60 = DUP35

Hence, total damage for 60 days SIM validity is RM30...
