Anybody tried Pye Waterproof Flexy Seal?
Since all waterproof cant last forever...why not yearly maintain it using this cost saving product and easily applied?

I have a leaking cement slab of my car porch.
Initially i plan to DIY Sika 107 but instead i was adviced to use Sikacoat 500.Is sikacoat 500 better than Sika 107?Any1 have experience with it? |

i noticed alot uses waterproffing method using membrane/paint type.Why not many people used PU injection?I know is expensive but isnt it reliable and quite permanent solution.
