hi, not sure if this is the correct place to ask.

1) im facing leakage of water from the roof of my car porch when i switch on the air-con only, not when raining. How can I solve this?

2) Beside, same car porch, water leaking in between my car porch and awning when raining.

3) water flowing out from the kitchen sink is very very slow. Previously, the plumber said maybe the piping underground got problem hence he used some gas/air to clear the pipe temporary. the condition was solved for few minutes and the issue came back until now. Do I need to rebuild the whole piping?


Can anyone provide me some suggestion? My previous contractor was the worst of all and I have to stop him before burning out my money.
