Hi all, been having this problem for years at parents home. This location is the downstairs bathroom located directly below 2 bathrooms upstairs.

Problem started 10 years ago. When parents broke the tiles and did new. But then problem came back in 2019 and the plaster ceiling collapsed.

Engaged contractor again to fix the leak by putting cement around the "problem areas". Meanwhile my dad tried many methods of DIY and different types of sealant and epoxy for the bathrooms upstairs. However 2023 today and seems like its not fixed at all. And the leak this time seems worse, the asbestos seems like gonna collapse anytime.

Need help. Thank you
