Hi guys do you know of any contractor/plumber that does inspection for condo in KL area? My floor has magical water seeping upwards in the kitchen area.

This is strange bcuz it's not from the ceiling, which is the usual problem. Another thing is it's on and off and not continuous so it's hard to pinpoint where it's coming from.
There are 5-6 spots where the seepage is, sometimes it all comes at once, sometimes only one spot. Water bill is still consistent so maybe minor leak for now. Could it be outlet pipes? I've no clue and reached a dead end.

I've tried contacting plumbers around and they're reluctant to do such work bcuz it requires a lot of hacking. Is there no device or technique to detect the seepage/leak from within the wall?

Yes I have. The thing is that in my aunt's condo the management would solve such an issue but unfortunately mine won't take the responsibility. Just need a recommendation here... Mould has start to spread...

Agree but this is not a simple task haha... For general works I would get the foreigners, but this one need warranty and proper work done. So the search continues...
