got few questions hope you can assist. for construction of a new house from scratch. below waterproofing sufficient? im not a construction guy so i might get all the terms mixed up

1) foundation & ground slab
a) 1 layer of polyethylene membrane sheet (as vapor barrier)
b) 1-2 layer cementitious waterproofing (before apply floor tiles)

2) toilet & balcony
1-2 layer of cementitious waterproofing (before apply floor tiles)

welcome other suggestions/recommendation..tq
