Anyone has a reliable waterproofing specialist to recommend? It seems my (back) balcony is leaking to the ceiling of my backyard. Problem is my balcony is laid with tiles.

Complained to developer and they redo the waterproofing by removing all the tiles plus the top layer cement, apply the black layer waterproofing and redo the floor.
