Hi sifus, I live in a high rise condo, Recently my kitchen window started to see water marks after heavy rain around the bottom left side, Last time the defect team just put the silicone sealant around the outside of the window sides but now started to leak again. Is replacing the silicone will help with this issue? or need to apply some coating first before applying the new sealant?
