Hi guys, I'm renovating my leaking toilet.

Can someone introduce me the waterproof coating? What's the best brand?

Can anyone enlightened me because I want to ensure the worker done correctly.

After they are done with the cement, they will put the waterproof coating. Is that correct?

After that what else to layer before put on mosaic?

Please help sifu

The waterproof works should be done before laying tiles.
Any coatings on top of tiles are prone to fade off.

"Sika" is a good brand for waterproofing materials, go for it.

Pentens waterproof is just a paint. It works but won't last long.

If balcony water leaking and don't want to heck the tiles. Any waterproof coating to use?

Awning will work but costly.
Alternatively, if you are sure tiles floor is the culprit, try to re-grout with waterproof grout.
Lastly, the cheapest solution is to apply waterproof grout sealer but this won't last long...
