my bathroom wall is always wet. now growing fungus already. 90 degree to that wall is a wall with my bathroom water shutoff valve. I suspect water leak from that line.

all pipes are hidden inside concrete. I hate this design a lot.

how much does it cost to rectify this? how many days to rectify? it will involve hacking open the wall.
