torch membrane waterproofing is one of the best waterproofing in this age. those that crack and water sip in is because of poor quality workmanship and materials used. look for well recomended contractor and actual specialist. some contractor tried to make money from this by buying cheap materials but fail to provide warranty and after service2nd picture, sure you need to hack the toilet and apply waterproofing again.
