already paint 2 layers using water proof painting on top the car porch slab. unfortunately, beneath the car porch slab still leakings....2/3 days after raining time. possible water may come from elsewhere??

after new year, i will paint the third layer and hope for miracles. in btw, the waterproof paint brand i used is sikacoat. any comment?

Sika is well-known brand for ages. Most contractors prefer this brand because of worry less.

Check for crack (it could be fine line crack) and water ponding. I had same issue because of waterporofing layer cracked due to shrinkage/expansion. Just patched back and painted with another thick layer about 2 weeks ago and monitoring right now. However water ponding (very small 1) still exist because of the miss-align levelling by a little during concrete rendering process.

My carporch concrete roof top is having small cracks and the normal waterproofing paint is not really workable although many layers were painted.
i googled and many placed as ads.

size is about 20'x20'

Cheras area.
