Yes, that is why I mentioned the counterpart of acid-forming food is the alkaline-forming food as it literally does the opposite of what acid-forming food do. And of course, it's usually not a concern for healthy ones because our digestive system has probably adapted to it since ages ago. But one correction to make, our muscles don't always produce lactic acid, they only produce them when our bodies are lacking oxygen which only happens during rapid movements. While non-dairy milk is great too, they just can't provide calcium and protein like dairy milk does, so that's a con of it.While for lactic acidosis , I feel less concerned, I believe our body frequently deal with it since our muscle always produce it.
