I'd like some advice on how to reshape my body. I just had my first baby 9 months ago. I had a C-section and it was difficult to recover.
I can finally start exercising again slowly and I would like to have help to get back into shape.

I started my exercises a few days ago. I'm not forcing myself because the scar still stings a bit but the good news is that I lost all the pregnancy weight (out of the 10 I gained. yay).
There are no other women who have gone through this little journey? I would like to get some feedback on the preferred exercises and the duration in months or years (just to project a little bit) |

hello nines8919,
I've decided to buy some small equipment to exercise at home. And since I didn't know anything about it, I looked at meilleurtest which is a shopping guide site. And then for the exercises, I watched youtube videos. I only exercise 10 minutes a day when I wake up, but that's enough for now. I feel good |
