very often a caucasian gains 12, 13kg during pregnancy; lost most postpartum, barring the last 2-3kg; it is quite often that this 2-3 kg stays. reshape your body around the knowledge that the final kgs can be stubborn. start with very light exercise.. remember that your sleep are altered due to the baby etc.I'd like some advice on how to reshape my body.
