I also just delivered 3 months ago and lost back my pregnancy weight. I mainly do lots of toning especially to reduce diastasis recti. Mainly to heal the baby bump effect . I also follow the 16/8 fasting to reduce weight . I believe the fasting help me a lot to reduce most of the weight.
