-Firstly, I'm here not to spoil anyone's business, but I just want to correct a misunderstanding: all Phison S11-based SSDs have this 32MB cache because this memory is built into the controller itself (built-in/inside the controller chip). In fact, all DRAM-less/cache-less SSDs should have a small amount of RAM inside the controller, even when they lack a dedicated/separate (bigger) DRAM chip as a cache. Regards.
