Loan: $130k Zero Entry w/o MRTA
Payments: 360 ($790/mth)
Interest Rate: BLR - 0.8% whole tenure

RM200 setup fee, no monthly charges (checking account is RM10/mth!)
Lock in 5 years.

Since u got the offer already, just accept it.
No point going through the whole application procedure (interview, submit documents etc) again.

i think u got quite a good offer there.may be u might wanto look for package with lower interest rate in 1st 5yrs if u plan to refinance it every 5yrs.

UOB : 4.88% 1st 3yrs, there after BLR-1.50
OCBC : 5.68 yr1-5, TA BLR-1.55
Public : BLR-1.50 yr1-3, BLR-1.60 TA
HLB : 2.99 yr1, BLR-1.0 yr2, BLR+0.15 TA.

i just copy from personal money , the T&C for above packages could be for non-completed property n loan above 200K.....

Alliance bank has better offer!
Their savelink flexi homeloan gives BLR - 1.5 whole tenure. Free checking account but RM10/mth charge. No setup fee.

try to ask for the public bank...they may assist you...because they offer me a good package...
