During design committee the most prominent question was why need setel at all? There is no or little value, easier to swipe credit card and the implementation cost is high because need to overhaul the POS system. But luckily the response is quite good and i like the idea not having to bring my mesra card.

I like petronas setel, very innovative and less contact.
I hate those still deduct RM200 for cards with self service.

I like Caltex too because they have FamilyMart.

I wish there is unmanned fuel station fully self service.
Why still need cashier in the first place? That's not cool and not high tech enough.
