I'm so confused by this "new" vertical living concept advertisement campaign. What exactly is new about it? It's just a condo with typical high rise living.

Someone please explain. I kept reading around to see what is so unique about this but I just can't find anything. Just a bunch of buzzwords thrown around on property sites/social media influenzas.

Firstly, 1000 sqft wit balcony & reduced facilities are not stg unique.

Agreed on SkyAwani that's one of best rumahwip with Qlassic and delivered above initial expectations. If given choice most of us will choose rumahwip at 300k as well.

HTC would not kill you immediately but might get you stuck when wanting to sell/transfer it to next buyers, unless the location is superb/TOD.

Nothing to shout about Smart Home feature unless it's an integrated one but what we see is the wifi- enabled devices that you could easily get it from open market & online marketplace.

Don't think it goes with TIME if you knew EW sealed MOU with TM for their fiber to the home. Also most developments in Canal City actually pre-build with DP box that's infra- ready by TM as well.

FYI Eco Majestic Apartments have upper hand now being freehold, 40% cheaper entry price and free from HTC. Rsku just makes the thing more complex in Duduk.

Always - High density is not the game plan for emerging township. That basically simple business rationale to max out the profits on same size/piece of land.

All in all, 2nd tier location at this price tag & density, you should expect more instead of just fancy buzzword & durians. Tiled corridor is the basic, not asking something fancy. Obviously this is not aim to be the success stories but affordable ones like other forumers had mentioned.

Perhaps duduk project meant for own stay, instead of investment?

I went to the show unit and asked them about internet provider. They said EW already signed agreement with Singapore based internet provider. Viewquest or something sound similar..

Now on a wait and see, intentionally reserve SPA at a later available session. Honestly, Taman Medan have better facilities at similar price point, just slightly smaller in size, ~900sqft.

Duduk by EcoWorld should pave the way as a strong future reference. Otherwise, buyers like myself will never ever put the trust to their high rise/vertical living concept ever again.

You mean can reschedule to a later date/time? Because I was given Sep 27 to sign SPA. Another question, if can reschedule a later date, will my discount given (5% + RM4k) @sayonara?
