That’s pretty sad. Also hair salons will not open anytime soon.

QUOTE(ZforZebra @ May 26 2020, 05:38 PM) Muscle mass keeps dropping. Can see my quads shrinking in size over these months without squats & leg extensions. I feel u. I still workout at home every other day. Yet it’s still very different from exercising in gym. I hope gym reopen real soon. My weight kinda stagnant. But losing definition. Losing muscle and gaining fat |

QUOTE(Amedion @ May 27 2020, 12:09 PM) Muscle don't lose that fast. You guys lose in size due to glycogen. That's why ppl go gym everyday to get the pumped look. Agreed. I still eat lots of animal fats. Butter cut some and all sugar. Now its the best time to count calorie and eat at maintenance plus bodyweight exercises to maintain your muscle mass. Eat less u lose faster and there's no point to eat at surplus since you don't have proper equipments to make any gains.. only gain fat. Btw golf courses and ranges r open and full of ppl now. |

QUOTE(MonGJiHyo @ May 31 2020, 11:04 PM) gym need to adhere to strict SOP when it allows to reopen in future.. such as limit the number of people entering the gym on weekdays after 6pm Yes, manners! It's time for everyone to learn immaculate gym etiquettes. I do hope they increase their frequency of cleaning and sanitization of equipments and lockers. The cooperation from all members are crucial too, i.e. to put back equipments,& to wipe sweats after use. to practice social distance, etc.. it will be hard for all but this is the new normal and we have to deal with it Yes, i miss the gym too |

QUOTE(silence94 @ Jun 1 2020, 01:58 PM) Yes, I do quite miss the gym as well.. I hope so. I am waiting for tmorrows announcement. I don't go to chain gyms such as celebrity fitness etc. Golf clubhouse should be large enough. oh, wish golf memebership monthly fee is also freezed during MCO, but i guess not since courses are open. But clubhouse and all the other club facilities such as tennis, pools, table ping pong, etc are closed. Better check with them next week. My Uni Coursemate, he is currently working in Dubai. The gym in Dubai just re-opened on last wednesday, 27th May. Read this article for more info: https://www.thenational.ae/lifestyle/wellbe...hines-1.1025323 With that being said, I guess the GYM in MY will be re-open pretty soon. No problem with those big chain GYM, but i foresee those small local gym will find it hard. |

QUOTE(axtray @ Jun 8 2020, 04:15 PM) 15th June apparently. Actually this is a very good news for me and my parents. They used to swim almost everyday before MCO but during MCO they started walking, at least 10k steps a day. My mom's knee started hurting recently. Glad to know my parents can swim again soon! Strict sop tho and expect it to be busy. Gonna happily camp at home first until things settle down |

QUOTE(axtray @ Jun 9 2020, 10:02 PM) I got bad news for you bro, swimming is still not allowed unfortunately (if i read and understand it correctly). Thanks for the info, bro. Perhaps they can do low intensity on the bicyle machine? |
