Strict sop tho and expect it to be busy. Gonna happily camp at home first until things settle down |

QUOTE(axtray @ Jun 8 2020, 04:15 PM) 15th June apparently. Actually this is a very good news for me and my parents. They used to swim almost everyday before MCO but during MCO they started walking, at least 10k steps a day. My mom's knee started hurting recently. Glad to know my parents can swim again soon! Strict sop tho and expect it to be busy. Gonna happily camp at home first until things settle down |

I got bad news for you bro, swimming is still not allowed unfortunately (if i read and understand it correctly). Perhaps they can do low intensity on the bicyle machine? I should persuade her because she is about 75 and refuses to use gym machines in general. Perhaps they can do low intensity on the bicyle machine? |

Agree, that's a great advice..
I used to be obese, running and walking would hurt my knees and heels. Then I got to swimming but it became a hassle sometime, then got into cycling. It's easy on the knees and can enjoy reading while on the machine |
