1. Talk nicely with them
2. Talk fiercely with them.

This is the downside of staying in condo. There are other disadvantages too:
Neighbours washing balcony and the dirty or soapy water splashes into your unit,
Smokers downstairs,
Smoke from josssticks,

Don't think about it. He will cucuk langit or complain to management.

You can try speaking nicely with them, maybe tell them you have small kid or elderly who is easily startled and awakened by the noise.

I recall some ktards got upset when people advised them to improve their unit's sound insulation due to noisy neighbours who quarrel loudly. They argued that the proper solution is to get those neighbours to shut up.

Idk, it also depends on where the noise is from. If it's from outside, I'd start with upgrading to double glazed windows and using thicker curtains.

In a condo unit, chances are you will hear noises from your left, right, below and upper neighbours. This is in addition to sounds from furniture dragging, footsteps and dropped things.

Then you will have to contend with golden showers and rubbish thrown from above. And cigarette + joss stick burning smells from below.
