Scratches on 360 dvds, Any suggestions to remove them?

My Blue Dragon Disc 2 is getting scratched up pretty bad. It's annoying, and worrying.

tailgunner: Haha, my drive reads all other games fine, it just has a problem with BD >_>
And I keep my 360 horizontal all the time. I never put it on vertical. |
