Take few weeks

You will need to advance booking slot to do it.

Very hard to get the slot hence do it in advance as early ad possible

And the location is base on your IC

So if your IC address still shows your kampung (I.e penang), do update your IC address first if you wish to apply it in klang valley

Tried avoid KL thou, cause they are the strictest one and usually only grant 6 months visa for first timer

Indonesian can come here 30 days without visa

From the day of submission to obtain the visa will take no more then 2 weeks

If you managed to get it done, don't need to exit country

Try drop by to the immigration office which you wish to apply spouse visa, speak to officer. There are slight different policies every branches

ya lo.

Basically, tight schedule.
Day 1, she land, you have to start the process.

Then by Day 30, if not done, she gotta fly out to another ASEAN country for "vacation" then come back to refresh the passport.
you also need to book the flight tickets a month beforehand for cheap price, so end up having to plan for "honeymoon" anyway sweat.gif sweat.gif

If you take into consider registration, then confirm cannot make it within a month

You need to register marriage, wait for 21 days then baru collect your marriage cert

Then only can start the visa process
