Nope, based on my research (hehe), S20+ is better suited for me:

- 1440p screen (yes i can see the difference vs 1080p especially when reading texts, and the ability to select 1440p on Youtube ), and good to always have options between 120hz & 1440p.
- in box AKG earphones
- in box transparent case
- better cameras
- HDR support for Netflix. Netflix official page doesn't list S20 FE 5G as HDR supported (correct me if im wrong)
- 8k video shooting
- glass back
- and i heard S20 FE 5G has touch issues

I know the exynos 990 is inferior to snapdragon 865, but I don't game at all, so the impact is lesser for me
And keep in mind these points are made on the basis that S20+ can now be found slightly cheaper/same price as the FE 5G.
If S20+ was still more expensive than FE 5G, then it would be no brainer to go for FE 5G.

But anyway, ur opinions are still welcome, and you might still change my mind and steer me towards the FE 5G

I'm planning to buy from Shopee/Lazada as they're way cheaper than Samsung itself, but should I be worried about seller unsealing the phone box, allegedly for QC and warranty activation? Don't think there's any seller that ships it sealed, even for those LazMall-certified shops.

It's true that S20+ is better since the price is lower now. Better outlook only imho. But I personally don't like curved screen and will forego it anytime.

One thing that I would like to point out is that SD and Exynos do affect photo qualities too. Same model, but different processors will produce different photo qualities. With SD being the better one of course. So no, it doesn't only affect gaming and etc. I do feel the improvement on daily usage myself, and the heating issue is so much more less than the Exynos which makes it really pleasant to use. I know exynos also heats up like crazy whenever you use the camera function a lot after years of using Samsung flagships.

I disagree. While not many people have access to EPP, there are a fraction that do and we do not check the site frequent, so tidbits like this helps us to check the offer out.

Also some of us can just ask our friends who do have access to epp. I've personally helped friends who approached me before.
