Honestly, i usually dont fully utilize the phone i bought. I mainly use it for basic stuff like call, msg, normal surfing. But a good camera is preferred but dont need the best.

2 version of processors used by samsung
Up to now..until the latest exynos processor, it is inferior to snapdragon version
Malaysia ori set is using exynos..except S20FE
Higher power consumption, heat and less performance

FYI, exynos and SD also affect camera quality.
Based on some reviews on YT can see the difference in quality especially for Note 20 Ultra. SD produces better photos.
For S20 VS S20FE i don't think people compare since S20 is an older model but yeah.
