Yeah, no other Android maker has the financial muscle to challenge Samsung as far as marketing is concern so that's a bit of a waste. Right now the folks over at the country that bore the brunt of America's hate are having a good "Padan muka engkau" moment.

Both the phones above have better built quality than the FE, but beyond that it boils down to your personal preference as far as software and UI is concerned, whether its OxygenOS, One UI or ColorOS. Of the lot, Samsung will have the best after sales support due to the wider coverage of their network in Malaysia.

Can't go wrong with either phone - all have good specs.

I've seen listing for about 3400~3500, but not sure if the sellers were successful.

Ouch, that's painfully low, but yeah, hard to sell due to the Note 20 and the overall negative vibe caused by the Exynos fiasco..

Actually that kinda happens to all high end phones these days due to the high prices.

All pre-orders delayed? I've been reading the past couple of pages and I don't buy the MCO in Klang as an excuse for the delay though. All business activities and essential services like deliveries are still on-going as usual.

Nowadays not difficult to find curved tempered glass, either buy online or if you're bad at DIY like me, visit Ninjaz and pay a bit more but have them install it for you

No la, they've come a long way. These days the tempered glass all got no issues with Touch sensitivity, even the under display FP sensor works good. I had a Mate 30 Pro recently with next level curved screen and the RM59 tempered glass I bought for it worked good, no issues.

Ya, good point about the ultrasonic FP reader. If I remember correctly I just used the stock SP that came out of the box for my S10+ and Note 10+ previously and didn't put on any tempered glass screen protector for those two.

Ya, I think that's probably why they came up with those full glue, UV cure type tempered glass to prevent the bubbles and lifting. I'd prefer to have someone apply it for me so I don't mind paying a bit more at a shop to get it done for curved screens. Flat screens are relatively easier for DIY application

If the phone has no issues (touch wood) and works good, chances are you'll like it. A Samsung on SD behaves very differently to an Exynos one as I discovered for myself when trying the S10 Lite earlier this year. And I was just watching a YouTube video by MKBHD yesterday saying the FE is better than the OP8T in terms of the camera and value proposition - just the plastic body may not be to everyone's liking.

And worse case scenario, since you bought it on EPP you won't lose much if you do decide to get rid of it after a month
