Any idea why cannot back my whatsapp chat?

i face the same issue. i need to know the solution too.... my icloud still with ample of space... just not sure why the backup stuck....

Most likely u don’t have enough space in your iCloud.
Please check your iCloud current storage

Do u have enoguh space for ur icloud storage bro? Bcoz free storage is just 5gb only, else need to subrcibe for larger storage

if you are not a paid icloud plan user you probably had 5gb free space only, might want to clear off some unwanted stuff.

My ICloud only used 436.3MB
My WhatsApp is 2.76GB

Have a question, let say i purchase the storage, i can cancel it anytime if i dont want right?

Subscription is on monthly basis if not mistaken.
That’s why a lot of ppl take advantage of it especially when changing new phone by subscribing and cloud all storage then cloud back to new phone, and cancel the subscription within a mth. In that case u only pay for 1mth subscription
