is the keyboard that makes that problem using membrane? if it is, readjust the membrane pad and clean the graphite contacts

like the name membrane keyboard use membrane that hold contact for all keys. so when you take out and reinstalled the key caps, the membrane may buckled underneath so a few contact touches the logic board and the same time.
