U can ask the buyer to send back the RAM to you for you to test and confirm whether its faulty or not.. Dont do any refund without knowing the condition of the actual stuff..

You COD rite...? And the buyer agreed the RAM in good condition after you last tested right? And normally RAM's are lfetime warranty. So ask the buyer go warranty him/herselves. After sales its none of your business unless you gave personal warranty to the buyer.
