What are different between 2 cameras lens and triple lens ? Are they the same or different? Does it looks smarter with triple lens?

It depends on the phone makers. The similarity between all of them is usually better image quality.

When it comes to their usage, these cameras can do things like providing optic zoom, wide-angle, ultra wide-angle. depth estimation, bokeh, augmented reality capabilities, etc.

Best way is just read their product page to see what their lenses do. smile.gif

Smarter or not its subjective, as with all aesthetic.
What you look for is the function of each lens.
Usually there are

1. main high res lens that is good for details and low light
2. A telephoto lens for far shots
3. A wide lens for cramped space shots
4. A macro lens maybe for super close up shots

2 lens maybe used simultaneously for that bokeh / blur effect.

More thens doesnt mean better. You need big aperture lens (f stop) and good branded maybe for clear, bright, and detailed shot.
