How long is that? Or is that any warranty for that?

Zitron is for Nokia and LG phones.
Avaxx is for Nokia phones.

As for SE phones, original distributors are Midland, Thorus and the old known ori SE company-T-Choice, I don't think there is any model being distributed by T-Choice.

As for Motorola, it has MDM, FMG and Brightstar.
FMG is also original distributor for Samsung.

I would say you got cheated by that guy, it is an AP set. Original SE phones are warrantied by authorised SE distributors which are Thorus or Midland and not any other name.
Also, original sets' warranty coverage does include the parts you mentioned except for water-damaged.

Alright, if you have bought the phone; the most initiatory step you can do is do a cross-checking by using IMEI no. To do so, just press *#06# on your phone's keypads and a set of IMEI no. will be displayed on the phone's LCD screen. Then, try to match the displayed IMEI no. with the one printed on the box. If it matches, means it is original; if it doesn't, it means otherwise.

Besides that, you can check from the warranty card. If it is an original set, all SE centres' details will be stated on the card.

It is because of the convenience for claiming warranty if anything happens. These brands have service centres in almost every state whereas usually AP companies only have one specific service centre.

CSL is good for an AP company due to its large service centre network but the prices are not that cheap and comparable with original sets.

Never heard of Perfect Mobile before, there are too many AP companies out there.

Usually for AP sets, memory card comes in bundle; you can't claim straight warranty for the memory card manufacturer but instead from the AP companies. Bear in mind, some AP companies do not give warranty coverage to memory cards.

No, since it is AP sets, you can't send back to the service centre but only to the shop/company you are buying from.
If you are getting from Labuan and the company you are buying from has branch only in Labuan, then you have no choice but to send back to Labuan for any warranty claiming procedure.

Yes, that should be fine and make sure the stickers in the phone are not torn or removed. No, not necessary because most of the AP sets' IMEI does not match with the box. If it matches, then you are lucky.

You can claim straight from the AP company which is located in Lowyat Plaza or send back to me and I help you to claim.

Just warranty coverage is different.

AP sets cannot send to respective Nokia, SE, Motorola, Samsung, LG and etc. service centres for warranty claiming procedure.

Other aspects are the same.
