Those phone which known as problem phone.. Get ORiginal since their service is fast and good.. What i mean problem phone is those phone which always has problem with firmware or something similiar.. W-series phone.. i heard suddenly gone white screen.. Must re-new firmware.. Get original better lor.. Can flash through the internet urself..

Unfortunately my Nokia 9300i AP set is warrant by MM. Btw, they gave me original nokia batt which i check the authenticity at Nokia-asia.com. Anyway, this phone have only 2 language which is UK-English and Dutch. And it can;t read chinese sms. Any software?

PS: This firmware is old one. V5.50(00) RA-8 dated 16-12-2005. Need to flash it to new firmware o not? If flash have to sent to Low Yat MM service center and it took 1-2 days...Leceh la. If no known issue for old firmware i might not flash it la..

Hmm, unfortunately he told me 1-2 days as Low Yat there is only their customer care and the service center are in Shah Alam. How if i bring to any shop in low yat? How much do they charge?

May I know where AP distributor GBS service center is? A shop keeper said now AP does not provide a physical warranty card anymore, warranty is by the way of a sms. He said LCD and camera got 1 month distributor warranty, is this true? Thanks.

de shop keeper told me my SE is AP
but i could hardly find a SIRIM sticker on it.
but a warranty card is attach in my box
de card stated de GBS distributors sdn bhd n 2-step to validate de warranty(which is via sms)
but de shop keeper dont mention about de warranty validation
should i validate it?

why is CSL giving 15months waranty while zitron only gives 12months?

What's the different of other AP compare with CSL ??

AP set cover 12months warranty for transciever,0-3 months warranty for accesories depends on which AP company,0-3 months warranty for LCD(Screen) depends on which AP company.

CSL Nokia set cover 15months warranty for transciever,12months warranty for accesories,12months warranty for LCD(Screen).
CSL Sony Ericsson set cover 12months warranty for transciever,accesories and LCD(Screen)
AP company only have 1 or few(maybe 2 or 3) service centre.
CSL have more than 10 service centre nationwide.

Most of the AP set doesn't pay tax(illegal)
CSL paid tax for all the set they distribute
This can be check via the SMS system provide by KASTAM Malaysia.

Of course for Nokia/SE set of CSL consider AP set,but dont forget CSL is the Sole Distributor of Alcatel in Malaysia. So the background of the company is nothing to be doubt.

Buying AP set,most worry is AP company always close down suddenly,and some of the AP company even campur Recondition set and distribute to the dealer,maybe the dealer themselve dont know it's either brand new or recondition set.

I can't confirm saying that CSL will not close down suddenly, but u wanna buy AP set, at least find a more realible AP company, right ??

The price will be higher between the range of rm30-rm80 depends on which model compare to other AP company.

I confirmed. It cover 12months of warranty for LCD and battery,charger,handsfree,cable etc
CSL service is quite bad,last time.
Now changed management and technician team.
