AP set is an approved mobile device by SIRIM.Therefore,when you buy the phone should check the SIRIM sticker at the back of the phone(mostly are located at the sim-card insertor there).If the AP set is a NOKIA phone,remember,it still have the original hologram sticker attached to the battery. tq
