Hi friends!

I want to ask you all on how to solve this issue acne affecting my life

First I have acne on my face but seem to be under controlled. But what is bothering me is that my back a lot of acne scars until up to my buttcheek. My arm also got a lot of acne scars. I feel shy to go to beaches...swimming

Any reason to solve this issue?

My cleanser so far I use is Nivea, body shop tea tree cleanser, toner using Naruko and also moisturiser using Aloe Vera. For body acne scars I try using Bio-Oil like no effect at all.


Please help me to boost back my confidence:(

Rely on coffee a lot

Maybe sleep late as well ..now try reduce the markings
