So it's been 5 days and the pain in my testicles haven't gone away. Next monday which will be the 8th day, and if the pain doesn't go away then I'm going to get it checked. Thing is I don't know where exactly to go. Can I get it checked at my local private general practitioner clinics? You know, those Polikliniks, Klinik Ravi or Klinik Kita.

I tried to self-check my testicles when I first noticed the pain, I don't feel any lumps and I don't think my testicles is swollen. Doesn't look bigger than it usually is or does it have purple of any shade, but feels like it is swollen somewhere inside. Balls doesn't hurt by itself but whenever I sit, laying down and it touches the thighs that's when I feel it. It's not severe pain but certainly noticeable. Been icing my balls 3-4 times per-day. God I'm nervous.

Are you consuming much acidic foods till now??

Could be you have nodes infection at your groin area.

I don't know about that, I just eat anything usually

Hi, you better take care of your diet now....immediately...
My advise to you :

1) Drink more water - warm, you may add some lemon or vinegar, ginger and consume it in the early morning.
2) Consume less accidy foods :- meats, seafoods, bbq, ....better cut-away those stuffs....
3) Consume more veges and fruits....

Practice the above now and perhaps few days and go to visit doctors...

Perform some yoga or stretch exercise daily.....

The above are costs free to implement....

I will, I just needed to know which clinic to go first, just don't wanna to to my nearest Klinik Segar or whatever just for them to say that they don't do testicles check.

The nearest to me is 25 mins away, afraid I will have to go through roadblocks.

Which emergency you mean? hospital? Pretty sure just the balls, surprisingly doesn't hurt when doing self-check massage. Still don't feel any lumps.

how does this happen? Don't testicles have veins on the top?

So I don't to celebrate early, but today the pain seems to have reduced. Perhaps maybe today is off-peak swelling?

OTC painkiller should do the trick if nothing serious (underlying), try to get ibuprofen.

Leave it, dont take any medicine unless too painful. Body self defense make sure you full aware of the pain healing progress. Recall anything that might hit your balls?

Hi bleachingtree here, new acc. Forgot my password and lost email so made a new one. So I went to get it checked today finally. I waited a bit for two weeks to pass because the pain felt like it was going away but then on the 15th day when I try to lay on the floor it hurts again.

So instead of going to HUKM I found out that Hospital Serdang has a urology department. So I went there, for the first time not knowing anything. I was stopped by the security guard saying I needed a referral letter to go in. So I went to the nearest Klinik Kesihatan to try and get one.
Admittedly I was ashamed to say to anyone that I have testicles problem so I just said I have a body ache during registration and all that. When I got to the doctor's room, I immediately said I wanted to get a referral letter for a urologist specialist.

Then the doctor kinda playfully teased me "what you think we only do kuli here?". Then I tried to explain that when I googled I should see urology specialist. She said general practitioners do everything. I was already flabbergasted at this point and then she said there's no male doctor here today, so it would have to be her if I want to proceed with the check up.

I was already paranoid about my testicles and wanted to find out what's wrong with it ASAP so I said let's do this. I should also add that she was speaking loudly while I was speaking softly, cause you know I'm embarrassed. The doctor rooms are jointed and the doors are open so I'm pretty sure the other people next room can hear her, thus anxiety kicking it.

An over 25 y.o. virgin, not prepared to have my testicles being seen by a woman. I thought my private parts were going to be checked by a male doctor, in a closed urologist private room instead of this joint doctor room, with sound of other people nearby, separated only by curtains. While she went somewhere else to prepare I was on the doctor's bed with both hand covering my face contemplating my life.

Reason why I'm explaining all this is to tell you guys my mental state because boy do I wish I had more composure today. When she began examining my testicles I didn't even let her properly checked it first, I just blurted out that I already did self-check in the shower and found no bumps or lumps, I don't know if that stopped her from checking further but I know it was over quick. She said she saw some red on my testicles and said it's most probably infection. I was just so glad it ended I didn't even asked her where and how I could've gotten it. Next thing I know I was already in my car, everything went by quickly. I only remember her saying that she'll give me antibiotics and to comeback after 10 days if the pain is still there. I can't even remember if the pharmacists said to me to take the antibiotics before or after meal.

Well that was my adventure for today. Hopefully my testicles will recover in these 10 days.
