before you make a purchase in yen, just pre-convert the amount of yen you want. before you make a purchase in usd, just pre-convert the USD you want. the debit card will take that amount from your balance. it's that simple. the remainder, leave it in your ringgit or your SGDcan u verify that money was deducted from Jar? Jar is suppose to protect that amount

Just wonder why use this "JAR" from wise when there is no interest given?
Isn't RHB MCA account with debit card is much better in the way it can store FCY for spending oversea and it gives you interest? And the exchange rate is better than wise and also is PIDM protected.

Withdraw RM1000 worth of TWD (around TWD6700) from ATM free of charge from Wise. Then use the contactless (paywave) feature of Wise card wherever  acceptable. If you are coming during month end crossing over to new month, can withdraw another RM1000 worth of TWD for free.

ATM at the convenient store, if not from bank usually imposes TWD100 withdrawal fee. I've tried 國泰銀行 ATM, no ATM fee imposed.

I tend to use those virtual debit card to do booking. For example agoda.

But when I use wise. It keeps declining. But if I use bigpay with no fund inside, the booking goes through.

Any idea how we can do booking using wise card and without putting fund in there first.

i saw that you have already opened a Singapore bank account, why not use their debit card from the bank you applied for or you have yet to obtain the debit card

UOB offers their own conversion which is SGD $50 for MYR 182.50
