I googled about Secret Labs and a lot of people seem to have this issue of peeling.

QUOTE(Mavik @ May 30 2020, 04:08 PM) Apparently in some of the latest reviews, for 2020 models, they offer warranty on peeling. Anything older they don't offer that. I saw some folks decide to choose the soft weave instead over the PU leather. The warranty T&C mentions a lot about wear & tear, improper use/care, etc which is so subjective. Technically these are all reasons for them to reject any RMA claims:https://assets.secretlab.co/docs/2020-05-27...tatement_MY.pdf No mention about warranty on peeling. Seriously, they spend a lot of money on online marketing, selling a cheap chair with a premium price and leaving consumers with such awful problems. I'm glad I chose Noblechairs over them. |
