Nice OC!  thumbup.gif But at vdimm 2.8v is  sweat.gif

I have the P35-DS3 too, and curious to know how high is your modded vMCH and vFSB?

If you didn't mod the vMCH, how high can you go on the bus speed for this mobo?
*
vMCH @ 2.0 will start OVP kick, so max vMCH is 1.98 volt, and it give me 550 MHz w/o vMCH mod (but i think it can go more than that).

wow benny nice try there.... DDR 1200 @ cl4 timing.... but the vdimm really scares me lolx.... i dont think i will dare to try that with my ram unless i got some value ram or someone sponsored me a pair to kill tongue.gif

anyway i think this should be a new topic as i dont think anyone in lyn have to balls to put 2.8 vdimm on their ddr2 ram.... this is some kind of OC adventure to me smile.gif

off topic: benny hows the D9HCNs doin??? let me know the result....might consider getting 1 pair to torture.... cant afford to kill my opb hahahah
*
thanks sup3rfly... don't afraid to torture your RAM as long as you know when you must stop ! brows.gif

You mean D9HNL ? It's sucks my friend doh.gif only hit 488 MHz CL 5-5-5-15

@Lodewijk
Question : Do you need to increase your vFSB? Is it important for max FSB?  hmm.gif
*
yes, i increase vFSB +0.3... its related to vdroop, not FSB

2.8V?
its very dangerous man...
btw, 2.5 already can do the result
lower MCH would b better
not all need high vmch
*
wow 2.5 volt 6xx MHz CL-4-4-4-12 ?? thats very nice RAM you got there, sir. What platform ? any screenshot ? Agree with you vMCH not need higher if your system stable. But i need more vMCH to make performance level more aggresive. My P35-DS3 can bench 3D with performance level 6 at 480 Mhz FSB. If didn't mod the vMCH, i just can only run with performance level 8 with the same FSB.

hey hey
u hav typo mistake eh.. 3.5v already kaboom the ram liao lor hehe

the rams i tested with was team Xtreme, Micron D9 chipset. was runing at 4-4-4-6 to get 539 (2.45V) Or exact 2.6v at 4-4-4
so far, i found Team Xtreme ram is quite satisfying in KANASAI overclocking method (my own defination tongue.gif)
*
hahahah thanks for your correction. 539 off course can do 4-4-4-x @ 2.4 volt but above 600 Mhz CL 4-4-4-12 ?
