Nice OC!
I have the P35-DS3 too, and curious to know how high is your modded vMCH and vFSB? If you didn't mod the vMCH, how high can you go on the bus speed for this mobo? |

Do you need to increase the vFSB? I've done some reading and some people say that increasing the vFSB doesn't really help to increase the FSB/bus speed.... |

wow benny nice try there.... DDR 1200 @ cl4 timing.... but the vdimm really scares me lolx.... i dont think i will dare to try that with my ram unless i got some value ram or someone sponsored me a pair to kill
anyway i think this should be a new topic as i dont think anyone in lyn have to balls to put 2.8 vdimm on their ddr2 ram.... this is some kind of OC adventure to me off topic: benny hows the D9HCNs doin??? let me know the result....might consider getting 1 pair to torture.... cant afford to kill my opb hahahah This post has been edited by sup3rfly: Jul 28 2007, 03:09 PM |

@Lodewijk
Question : Do you need to increase your vFSB? Is it important for max FSB? This post has been edited by kmarc: Jul 28 2007, 10:55 PM |

QUOTE(storm88 @ Jul 29 2007, 12:50 PM) 2.8V? wow 2.5 volt 6xx MHz CL-4-4-4-12 ?? thats very nice RAM you got there, sir. What platform ? any screenshot ? Agree with you vMCH not need higher if your system stable. But i need more vMCH to make performance level more aggresive. My P35-DS3 can bench 3D with performance level 6 at 480 Mhz FSB. If didn't mod the vMCH, i just can only run with performance level 8 with the same FSB.its very dangerous man... btw, 2.5 already can do the result lower MCH would b better not all need high vmch This post has been edited by Lodewijk: Jul 29 2007, 08:46 PM |
