Is Harness bar street legal?

Hi, I want to ask if harnesses & harness bar is street legal?
I have an old car that lacks quite some safety features. Since there's no airbag and it's illegal to install roll cage, I have to find an alternative way to increase my safety. So I thought of installing harnesses in my car just to be a little safer If it's illegal, mind suggest any aftermarket car safety feature that is legal to install it on a street car |
