Please provide the following documents for deposit withdrawal request. The documents is compulsory as per the new deposit withdrawal SOP.

1.Supporting document for withdrawal reason.

Closing their account – examples of documents to include:
-Snapshot of interaction whereby customer states reason for the closure
-Snapshot of documentation of proof of customer closing account : - i.e: one-way travel ticket out of Malaysia
-Snapshot of proof of leaving – i.e: Visa with expiry date

I thought you can withdraw money from e-wallet to your bank account directly?

Lazada wallet is a scam lah, they keep your money and say TNC says no withdrawals allowed. Your money is held hostage.

Shopee doesn't have this kind of silly requirement.

Anyway I suggest you go report to KPDNHEP and maybe Bank Negara and tell them you're not being allowed to withdraw your money, all these e-wallets are subject to regulation.

I had to cancel a few orders because of MCO seller tell me cant ship, suggest I cancel.

I didn't know about this nonsense now got some money stuck in the wallet Lazada tell me cannot take out. Its below RM50 so I don't mind so much, I'm still going to complain to KPDNHEP when I get the time to draft out a letter.

Only reason why I used the wallet was when I was placing the order it told me got RM10 incentive to use it if I buy using wallet... but now that RM10 that was credited has disappeared after I cancelled, the CSR told me "it expired"... didn't know money put in wallet also can expire lol.

Better beware lah when using this nonsense. Its very anti-consumer.

I haven't had time to draft out the complaint yet, I only talked to the Lazada CSR yesterday and I've been very busy working from home. Will do so when I have some time on the weekend.

I'm assuming it will be similar to the complaints I've lodged with MCMC, just send an email/input complaint into webform and attach details/evidence and they will contact me & the vendor.
