12. What is B Infinite Pay wallet size?
• The maximum wallet limit is RM200. You are not allowed to top up / reload the e-wallet above
the pre-set balance. However, when the balance has been drawn down, you can top up again
subject to maximum limit of RM1,000 per day, RM5,000 per month and RM60,000 per annum.

I just uninstall razerpay, cash out all momry from gopayz, now this binfinite seem like useless if cant cash out.

Agreed, it probably will never take off due to this fact.

Even the B-Infinite app is being updated to support B-Infinite pay e-wallet.

Soon each petrol station have own e wallet for their fuel purchase.

maybe its part of strategy, later consolidate all into 1 wallet.

this B Infinite their CS really tak boleh. My points kena redeemed without my authorization, reported in Feb 2020 until now no news. Been asking for updates via email, but they totally ignore me.

They are very slow in response. Continue pestering them.

The ticket was filed on February 17 and received a reply within the same day but no reply ever since. So disappointed. I can definitely confirm there was a breach on their system, my points went missing after I received more than thousands of account lock email due to multiple login from them.

I called to their CS, they assured me that the system is safe and ask me to change the PIN number will do. But guess what? I changed my PIN number yet my account still got hack. The hacker used up my 7k points on Qoo10.

may i know can bpoints still exchange for Starbucks tealive nowadays?

hi, i got a sms from binfinite saying the points is going to expire but i can only see a few things to redeem in the app. What do you guys normally redeem?

theres nothing to redeem, it just expires...

I saw you asked about Caltex, so it can be redeemed there? Means just shows the card and tell them to deduct the points?

Activate B-infinite pay and pay with it. Will deduct the points automatically.
