Here're some of Hotlink dirty tactics that I have experienced:
1. Get free points with minimum reload of RM 10. 2. Get free airtime with minimum reload of RM 10. 3. Buy RM x airtime with RM y airtime (y < x). 4. Purchase x numbers of SMS for RM y. 5. Your expiry date has been extended to certain date.

Supersaver doesn't suit me because the promotional item is valid for a day.

QUOTE(keeseng12 @ May 19 2008, 08:50 AM) Sorry to ask this question again as I believe surely there have been lots of people asking this What is the main difference between Hotlink Talk/SMS Plan with Total Plan? As I can see from the website, it seems like Total Plan is the best package to get and if that's the case, might as well everyone switch to Total Plan? I just recently change the plan from Talk/SMS plan to Hotlink Plan. Hotlink Plan = Total Plan right? FYI, the new Hotlink plan != Total plan

QUOTE(howszat @ May 19 2008, 06:05 PM) How many phone numbers can the sim card hold? Just normal prepaid sim card. 16K SIM could hold 250 numbers. Not sure about other sizes of SIM.

I received a SMS from Hotlink saying that they're going to upgrade their system from 25th May to 12th June. Some of the services including reload will be affected. Anybody received the same SMS?

I think 15 cents/min is relatively low for prepaid. If you want lower, perhaps you might want to look into postpaid.

QUOTE(kalakatu @ May 24 2008, 08:25 PM) subscribe the super-saver for calling? or maybe change to D*G* to get as low as 11cents/minute DiGi's 11cents/min is promotional rate.

QUOTE(paikut @ May 26 2008, 09:04 PM) Well that sms is true la but can top up ealier ma and the down time period also i think mostly are in bed having a GOOD NIGHT SLEEP & HAVING GOOD FUN TIME best to change to postpaid all yr worries gone no need to look for top up tickets...cheers I didn't expect the interruption could be that severe. I thought reloading is not able to perform during midnight. This time is more than that. Roughly 2 weeks of no reloading period starting 28th May to 12 June (IIRC).

QUOTE(Joshua_0718 @ Jun 1 2008, 02:18 AM) Why? Back to frequent reloader? Not really. My reload validity has expired. The timing also not that right. When I don't want to reload, they sent lucrative SMS. When I want to reload, those SMS won't arrive.
